About The Moore Law Firm

Most people who seek legal advice do so in response to a serious problem in which they need immediate help. Seeing an attorney often happens during the most stress-filled time in a person's life. For many people, they need the most help when either they or a loved one has been injured due to someone else's negligence.

We have dedicated ourselves to helping people who need someone to fight for them in their time of difficulty. Our firm handles many areas of Personal Injury law:

Airplane Accidents Motor Vehicle Accidents
Animal Attacks (Including pit bulls) Nursing Home Abuse or Injuries
Boating Accidents Premises Liability
Construction Injuries Railroad Accidents
Hazardous Products Slip & Fall Injuries
DUI / DWI / Dram Shop Cases Spinal Cord Injury
Large Truck Accidents Traumatic Brain Injury
Medical Malpractice Wrongful Death

During your initial meeting in our office, the best way for you to avoid wasted time and added stress is to arrive prepared for a productive consultation. Preparation helps you make a clear presentation of your situation, focus on the issues and questions that are important to you, and help the attorney provide specific, useful advice. Here are some suggestions:

  • In advance of the meeting, make written notes on the specific facts related to your problem. Identify all parties who may be involved. Lay out the facts in an organized fashion, in the order in which they took place. Do not omit anything; a good attorney will know which facts are relevant and which are not. Often, the smallest bit of information makes all the difference.
  • Make a list of questions for which you want answers, and arrange them so you can refer to them quickly.
  • Bring documents with you that deal with your problem, such as the accident report, hospital records and billing receipts, and photos of injuries or damaged property. Remember, a picture really is worth a thousand words.

The initial consultation with our firm is the time to exchange information and to determine whether our services are right for you. You need to be comfortable with the attorney or law firm that represents you. We would appreciate the opportunity to get to know you and be able to help with whatever your legal needs are at this time.

Please take a few moments to complete our case review form and submit it to our offices so that we can review your needs. We will make every effort to contact you promptly. If need be, we will make ourselves available after hours or on weekends to meet with you. We look forward to hearing from you.
